Informations importantes pour le renouvellement de votre adhésion :
Dès à présent, vous pouvez répondre au questionnaire santé 2024 que vous trouverez dans votre espace licencié sur le site FFA (procédure à suivre ci-dessous)
Ou, un mail concernant ce questionnaire vous sera envoyé par la FFA. Surtout ne le supprimez pas. il faut absolument y répondre pour le renouvellement des inscriptions
A noter :
Si le questionnaire de santé est non-conforme ou périmé, déposez votre certificat médical digitalisé sur votre espace licencié FFA (daté de moins de 6 mois)
N'oubliez pas de cocher "oui" dans assurance FFA incluse dans la licence
Permanences UNIQUES en septembre pour la marche nordique :
Mardi 5 et 12 10h à 12h30
Jeudi 7 10h à 12h30 et de 18h à 21h30
Samedi 9 ,16 et 30 (*) 10h à 12h30
(*)à noter: samedi 30, une personne sera présente pour vous aider à remplir votre questionnaire santé: apportez vote identifiant (N° de licence) et votre mot de passe
