Pour la troisième année , le J.A.R, en association avec la ville de Bousbecque et de nombreux partenaires, participe aux "Parcours du Cœur des Hauts de France " dont l'objectif est de faire reculer les maladies cardiovasculaires.
Un bon moyen d'éviter les comportements à risques et de soutenir la Fédération Française de Cardiologie. 😊

Echauffement à 9h30
Course de 12 km pour les joggeurs à 10h00
Marche de 6 km à 10h15
Cours de Fitness à 10h30 - Stretching / Etirements à 11h15
Ambiance Latine / danse à 11h25
Tombola à 11h30
Village santé avec de nombreux partenaires
Rendez-vous : au Complexe sportif – rue de Linselles à Bousbecque
